SMALL FORMAT PRINTING

Booklets

Full Colour and black/white booklet printing is one of our most popular products. The formats of booklets can vary however the most common are A4 and A5 saddle stitched booklets. Other common options are wire binded booklets. They are mostly used for corporate presentations, training manuals, convention booklets and more. They can be folded from A3 – A4, A4 – A5 or be flat A4 or A5 as wire binded books. As you can see from the images our booklets come out looking great with brilliant colours from our production presses. 

Button Badges

Pin Badge Printing – we can print button pins in three common sizes being 25mm, 37mm and 56mm diameter. They are great for promotional use for events or company name tags or even for your school or band. We are able to produce 100x units or up to 100 000x units. Lead times on 100 – 5000x units can be 1 – 3 days. With large volume the lead time is 5 – 7 days. The buttons themselves can have varying logo’s or designs of reasonably 10 – 20 varying artworks. Arrangements can be made for variable data on each button.

Folders

Folder Printing in Cape Town – We print presentation folders which are very useful for storing and presenting documents to clients in a professional and neat way. Presentation folders are usually slightly oversize A3 – A4 to fit in an A4 page insert. The most popular folder we make is printed single sided with company logo on the front and your contact details on the back page. Making the folder a single sided print. Along with the inner pocket that is used to keep the documents in place the pocket has die cut slits to slot in your business card. These are great for sales reps to use on the road to leave with clients with brochures and price lists.

OUR ROLAND FLEET

We have recently added two of the brand new XR-640 1600mm wide 6 colour machines with white ink to our list. Your posters, stickers, signage has never been better! The registration and colour on these machines are second to none.These brilliant colour posters are printed on 210gsm paper.

GREEN STREET POLE POSTERS

Below is an example of the many 1000s of posters we have printed for these famous green poles all over Cape Town. We have great prices for these campaigns specifically. They are printed on 135gsm paper. The ultimate bonus of these is that we can print them much quicker than conventional wide format machines do.

Label Printing

We print various adhesive labels on mostly matt adhesive paper or label rolls for long runs (see stickers for vinyl labels). They can be trimmed most conveniently as squares or rectangles. There are a range of die options for high volumes on rolls and we recommend this for bottling/packaging. Matt self adhesive is best suited for small run digital label options. Our A3 sheets are crackback for full colour quick apply for quick turn around. Your labels can be printed in full colour or black and white. Please inquire for more info on sticker labels.

Flyers

Flyers are most commonly printed on 200gsm stock in the short digital range run from 500 – 5000x units which usually takes one day to produce. Our Xerox 1000 is able to produce higher volumes than usual digital volumes at quicker and more affordable rates. These volumes are 500 – 10 000x units of A6 or A5flyers which we can produce in one day.

Brochure

We can print brochures of all shapes and sizes digitally or litho depending on units. They are commonly folded in half, tri-folded in a C fold or Z folded. Brochures are usually printed on 200gsm paper however can be done on 80gsm through to 350gsm. Digital printing lead times on brochures is one day maximum two days on volumes up to 5000x. Litho printing lead times are 3-5 days on volumes from 5000x and up. With our Xerox 1000 Digital Press we can print high volumes digitally overnight to support your quick lead times. Registration and colour on our brochures using this technology has never been better.

Business Cards

Our business cards are printed on our Xerox 1000 digital press, a state of the art press. Card stock standard of 350gsm Matt paper, which is 50gsm more than common digital printers. Brilliant colour & thickest stock in digital printing to give the highest quality in the business. All our cards are die cut machine trimmed to give them perfect edges, exact sizes with no imperfections.
